This is a daily protocol for keeping heavy metals out of the body. As most of you know heavy metals contribute to dementia, complications with vaccines, 5G radiation, and can severely impact memory function and overall health. This gentle protocol is something you can do every day to keep your body cleansed and nourished at the same time.

We accumulate heavy metals by exposure through food (fish, etc), tap water, cosmetics, industrial chemicals, and many other sources. While your body needs small amounts of some heavy metals to function normally — such as zinc, copper, chromium, iron, and manganese — toxic amounts are harmful.

The trick to proper detoxing is to go slow and making sure you have enough minerals (and water) in your body. Heavy metals are HEAVY, and can re-lodge themselves in organs, tissues, and the brain contributing to more issues down the road. Minerals chelate toxins and pull them out of your body. Without essential minerals you will just retox yourself and feel the symptoms of cleansing to fast- headaches, fatigue, nausea, etc.
